This was an absolute value for money deal. Three really sweet romances from one fabulous author. Helen always writes beautifully about the inner struggles that her characters face. In "A Family For Christmas" a working woman, Eve, realizes that a family is what she really wants . Tom and his beautiful daughter tug at her heart strings and an accident that totals her car is actually the best thing that happens to her. I love the way she makes an overture of friendship to Connor's (her twin) wife. It is never easy to accept that you have been at fault and it was beautifully done. In "A Christmas Family Wish" Rachel had some really bad breaks and was due for a lucky one. That it came in the form of her first childhood crush was just icing on the cake.In the "Army Doctor's Christmas Baby" the bunny scene was so sweet! The embarrassment and the heat were dealt with amazingly! Plus twin girls who have their own individual personalities...were every nicely described. In the diapers and feeding I was really transported back to when I cared for my own baby.

I liked these light, easy romance stories at Christmas time. They were just what I wanted for that time of year. Easy to pick up and fast to read. Nice happy endings all around.
I like to read Christmas story during the holiday, the union of family, love and dream coming true. Any thing is possible during Christmas season. Ms. Scott Taylor makes that fantasy seam so real, I have really enjoyed the story.
I really enjoyed the books, however I had read two of them before. That was ok, I enjoyed them again. The stories are fun and well-written. Ms. Scott does a very good job of creating believable characters that you cheer for. Good job!!
There's nothing like a romance set in England (*sigh*), and Helen Scott Taylor knows how to write them. Beautiful stories, characters you care about. I understand there are more in the series, and will be looking for them! Highly recommend Ms Taylor's work.
These are very sweet Christmas stories. Enough romance to be delightful and enough drama and suspense to keep your interest. Very clean and sweet. Just the kind of book I like. You will enjoy these short romantic Christmas stories.
Unlike so many of the books available electronically, these stories are NOT in desperate need of an editor. You don't have to cringe every other sentence over bad grammar or poor word selection. American readers, like myself, will have to deal with missing articles as this is written in the way others speak English ("going to hospital" instead of "going to the hospital"). These stories are classic romance tales each set in the Christmas season. They are well written with engaging characters, intriguing circumstances and good plot development. They are without all the unfortunate graphic sexuality of many modern romances as the author knows how to draw you in with the romantic story and doesn't have to resort to cheap titillation.
I really enjoyed the stories in this collection of novellas and a short story. My favorite was the first - A Family for Christmas. Could not put it down! The story moved right along, was heart-warming, and felt like a story that would melt anyone's heart this time of year.
The second story was A Christmas Family Wish. A sudden hurricane-force storm threatened the lives of Rachel and her young son, until they were rescued by a friend of her dads, who helps Rachel realize not all men are bad. The Army Doctor's Christmas Baby starts out with a highly unexpected, and embarrassing, meeting that holds great potential for the future.
A Christmas Crush is a short love story of lost love and new-found love that will warm the heart. Each story in this collection reminds us of the true reason for the holidays, and is well worth the read.
